Set up your auction

Sign up

1. On the home page press "Start free" and sign in with Google.
2. Type your club or organisation’s name. You become its owner.
3. Press "Create my first auction", give it a name and a short web address, and save.

• Setting up is free. You pay only when you open player registration or start the real auction.
• Add people who help you on "Your organisation" (the Organisation button on Your auctions): co-organisers can set up and run every auction of the organisation.

Follow the Setup guide

A new auction opens on its Setup guide (also in the left menu). It lists every step with a tick when it is done and a readiness score. Steps marked "Needed" must be done before going live.

1. Name, logo and banner (Edit Auction & Rules).
2. Date and venue: type them on the Setup guide itself.
3. Teams: add each team with its name, logo and colours.
4. Pools (optional): groups of players with their own base price, e.g. Marquee, A, B.
5. Purse, squad size and rules: press "Use the suggested values" for a good start, then adjust on Edit Auction & Rules.
6. Registration form and link (optional): players sign up themselves.
7. Players: approve registrations or add players yourself (one by one, from another auction, or from a Google Sheet).
8. Logins: create a PIN for every team owner (Teams page) and a login for the auctioneer.
9. Plan for going live: pick a plan on the Go live page.
10. Sponsors and ads, overlay and a practice run are recommended.

Pick a plan and go live

1. Open "Setup & go live" in the left menu and press Go live at the last step.
2. Choose the plan that fits your number of teams and players. A coupon code, if you have one, goes in the box under the plan.
3. Pay with UPI, card or net banking. Your receipt appears straight away and on "Your organisation".
4. Open registration on the Registrations page, and start the auction from the Auctioneer Console on the day.

• Need more teams or players later? Move up to a bigger plan on the same page; you pay only the difference.
• Practice runs never need a plan.

Links & QR Codes (left menu) has every link in one place: the viewer page, the stream overlay, the auctioneer’s sign-in, each team owner’s 1-click link and the player registration form. "Copy all team links" copies them for one WhatsApp message.
