Refund policy

Setting up an auction on BidBash is free. You pay once per auction, when you take it live (open registration or run the real auction).

Full refund

• If you cancel before registration opens and before the auction starts, ask within 7 days of paying.
• If the auction could not run because of a fault on our side that we could not fix in time.
• If you were charged twice by mistake.

No refund

• Once the real auction has started (the first player has been put up for bidding) or players have registered.
• For problems caused by internet, phones, venue equipment or streaming set-ups outside BidBash.
• For discounts, coupons and complimentary plans, which have no cash value.

How to ask

Contact us through the contact section of our home page with the auction name and payment reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
